Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £20.00 per room is payable at the time of booking and will confirm the reservation. It is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. Therefore, if there are any changes to your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs G Ede and sent to:

Guests may alternatively forward credit card details to guarantee their arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Nightless Copse reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge if notice of non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.

24-48 hours notice - up to 50% of total cost

Less than 24 hours notice - up to 100% of total cost.

Other Information

Arrival at Nightless Copse is most convenient after 5.00pm but please discuss your requirements with us.

Check-out is usually by 10.30am, to allow for cleaning.
